![]() PS: Friend of mine can host 3 players lag-free, he has got 4 mbit upload. we will more likely have to get faster connections. Multiplayer combat and a narrative-driven, co-op Special Ops experience. This game's structure will be a problem to solve the lag/freeze issue, i actually doubt they are able to make it lag-free, but hopefully they can optimize it some more. Four Player Co-Op: Battle through the expansive campaign alone or team up as a four-player typhoon of destruction online in campaign co-op mode. The "average" internet connection in modern countries (2016) is still below 24mbit download (which means 2 to max 3 mbit upload "average"). Only about 10% of the players/gamers have faster hardware then modern dedicated servers provide, and noone of them is near the upload-speed of dedicated server. But D3 has dedicated servers, while SW2 dont. as soon as the players add several enemies, and deal a ton of dmg too quickly D3 tends to have similar problems like Shadow Warrior 2. Similar lags/freezes/fps drops have been a long issue in D3 for example. ![]() Too much communication between all the players and enemies. I guess the freezes and the fps drops are the result of all the different calculations goin on at once.
